From hot gigs like Kanye West, dazzling entertainment at the Barclay Center, an invitation-only event such as Sofar Sounds, or one of London’s best-kept secrets like Chessboxing, we’ve got it covered.
The role:
We're looking for someone who's as obsessed with great words, design and overall user experience as we are. This is a great opportunity to learn loads in a super fast-paced environment, and if you have a keen eye and an editorial background, we want to talk to you.
You will:
- Love sharp, concise wit and have a great sense of humor.
- Have amazing fact checking abilities and are eager to get some real deal experience in the mobile copy world.
- Ensure that our users have the best visual experience for every single event displayed on the app, whilst working closely together with our Operations and Editorial teams.
- Select and edit the images on routine basis, maintaining the aesthetic quality of the app; when needed, source imagery to illustrate the events and organise our internal image library.
- Work to extremely tight deadlines every day.
- Get involved in other areas of the company and, given the time, have the opportunity to suggest and work on your own projects.
You are:
- A great writer, lateral thinker, methodical and creative, have excellent research skills.
- Supernatural when it comes to attention to detail.
- Pick things up quickly, know how to take criticism, and respond well to feedback.
- Tech savvy, know how to use Photoshop.
- Love to turn around work swiftly and efficiently.
- Bonus points if you have previously worked as a copywriter, editor, content producer, or image researcher.
- Have good administration and organization skills, are able to multitask and prioritize well.
- Work well with others and independently, and set high goals for yourself.

Duration + salary + perks:
This position is a 6-12 months paid internship. The salary is £14.4k per year, and in addition to that you'll get some monthly YPlan credit, and we'll also cover breakfast, snacks, and coffee as well as dinner after 7pm and drinks every Friday. Woot!
